Information collected through Start a Project
PROF 7X may receive the contact and business information you intentionally submit, including your name, company, work email, phone number, project subject, business challenge, service interest, budget range and desired timeline.
Why it is used
The information is used to respond to the project request, understand the business context, qualify the opportunity, plan the appropriate response and maintain a commercial record in Odoo CRM.
Marketing attribution
Where present in the URL, non-sensitive campaign parameters such as UTM source, medium, campaign and content may be attached to the CRM opportunity so PROF 7X can understand how the request reached the website.
Analytics and optional cookies
Optional analytics must remain consent-gated. The PROF 7X implementation does not place analytics IDs or advertising secrets in source code. External measurement services are configured per website and should run only under the approved consent configuration.
Data minimization
The website measurement contract intentionally excludes form PII such as name, email, phone number and company from analytics events.
Retention, legal basis and privacy contact
These items must be finalized by the responsible legal/privacy owner before launch, together with the final production privacy contact and applicable Saudi privacy wording.
